Refund policy
We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item or purchasing through our storefront to initiate an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@dreamcreeks.com or visit our storefront in Chicago. Please note that the exchange will need to be sent to the address provided by Dream Creeks.
If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and items purchased at art fairs. Please reach out if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and we provide store credit, make a separate purchase for the new item. Contact us with questions.
European Union(EU) 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds. Any item purchased through our retail location or the website is eligible for exchange outside of our Exception/non-returnable item portion of the policy.
Malfunction or Failure(Warranty)
We offer a limited lifetime warranty. This covers the hardware and workmanship of the item. What does limited lifetime mean? We stand by our goods for 3 years on all hardware, and lifetime on any handstitched leather good. If there is a malfunction or failure of the product, we will offer a repair. Proof of purchase is required. If we are unable to repair the item, an exchange will be offered. If you have questions, email us at info@dreamcreeks.com.
Shipping of the item for any warranty work is the sole responsibility of the customer/owner. We (Dream Creeks) will provide shipping back to the customer once warranty work is complete.
