When will my order ship?

We work hard to get your orders out as quickly as possible. Our standard processing on most items is 5-7 business days. This can vary based on if we have the item readily in stock or if we have to make it. During the holiday and sometimes during our summer "show" season, times can be delayed. Custom orders do not adhere to this timeline.

Custom orders have a lot of variables, we try our best to estimate turn time for each order. If that changes, we will be in contact with you. If you have question on any custom order please reach out to us.

Holiday Shipping Deadlines:

The deadline for orders to be shipped in time for Christmas fluctuates each year and is based on shipping deadlines from USPS and other carriers. Our normal cut off for guaranteeing and order be delivered by Christmas is 2 weeks before the USPS cut-off date for standard shipping (The USPS cutoff is normally around December 14th). During the holidays we can work with our customers to help get last minute orders shipped out, please reach out to us if it's past our cutoff and you're wanting to ensure your item will arrive on time.
