We strive to meet and exceed all your expectations with your new leather goods. If we don’t meet them, below you will find our policies to ensure we can assist you to make it right. Please do remember our leather goods are handcrafted, the beauty/character of a handmade product means it may include: some raw edges, occasional uneven stitches, and minor texture or color(on hand-dyed products) variations.

Returns:

All sales are final. We will not accept returns for cash value. We do offer a one-time exchange within 15 days of receiving the item. The exchange will be for up to the value of the goods purchased. Please contact us via email at info@dreamcreeks.com for pre-authorization of the exchange. Returning a product without authorization will result in the item being returned to you. Once authorization has been given the item must be received within 15 business days. Please reach out to us with additional questions if with this policy.

Shipping:

Buyers are responsible for shipping the products that are to be exchanged/repaired to us. Dream Creeks will provide return shipping.All items will be shipped to the address provided by the customer.

Non-exchangeable Goods:

-Custom/Personalized orders

-Sale items

-Items purchased at Art Festivals or in-person events

Malfunction or Failure:

We offer a limited lifetime warranty. This covers the hardware and workmanship of the item. What is limited lifetime mean? We stand by our goods for 2 years on all hardware, and 3 years on stitching. If there is a malfunction or failure on the product, we will offer a repair of the leather product following its return and inspection.Proof of purchase is required.
