really good experience overall. worked with me on a small shipping issue, and the wallet itself is really, really well conceived and well made. the dublin leather is better that i expected, strong tan/burnt orange undertones. it is replacing a well loved and worn wallet, and i am looking forward to seeing how this one breaks in. very pleased with the purchase.
